Meet Julianne Autry
Julianne has over 24 years of experience as a corporate financial analyst in the hi-tech industry here in Austin, Texas. In 2008, after getting laid off, Julianne applied her knowledge and became a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Southwest Bookkeepers was formed, which is a division of Baja Ventures, LLC to meet the financial and payroll management needs of business owners. Julianne graduated in 1993 from Chico State University with a BS in Accounting. After becoming a widow at a young age in 2004, Julianne relocated to Lakeway, Texas where she currently lives with her family.Julianne grew up in Ventura, California, has traveled extensively to Germany, Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, Alaska, Canada and St. Martin and lived in Maui, Hawaii. Julianne also enjoys traveling across the United States to visit friends and family.
Meet Nicole Denison
Nicole has 16 years of administrative experience. She has a B.A. in Business Administration and she’s an AssistU certified Virtual Assistant. She handles HR and administrative work. She loves collaborating with the team and customers to get the job done and helping with continued growth and improvement of the company. For fun, she reads, spends time in nature and spends time with her 2 great kids Destiny and J.P.
Meet Dana Warwick
Dana joined the bookkeeper team in 2011. After graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting, she spent four years working for Ernst & Young. After that, she spent 7 years working in private industry. She left the private industry to raise her two daughters. She and her family have lived in Austin for 17 years. In her free time she enjoys working out, running and reading. She is excited to be working in the field of financial services again, and meeting clients bookkeeping needs.
Meet Chelsea Leavitt
Chelsea grew up in a small town in Nevada. She moved to Las Vegas after high school and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. For the past 8 years she has spent time working in both public and private financial services doing everything from filing corporate tax returns to managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of clients. Her family recently relocated to South Texas. After taking a short break to get settled, she is excited to get back to work. In her spare time, she is usually at the gym or spending time with her husband and two children who love to ride horses and do anything outside.
Meet Andrea Flores
Andrea graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She has been doing bookkeeping for 4 years now with various companies ranging from doctors and lawyers to construction or manufacturing businesses. She is well versed in QuickBooks. She has two daughters and enjoys eating healthy, and doing projects around her house.
Meet Patricia Crampton
Patricia has over 20 years of corporate finance in the hi-tech and natural gas industries. In 2005, Patricia opened her own retail business in Georgetown, Texas, and still overseas daily operations, including all bookkeeping, payroll and tax responsibilities. She graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University with a BS in Accounting. Patricia can bring valuable knowledge of small business to the team and her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and watching college football.
Meet Shay Bekker
Shay graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She has spent the last fourteen years bookkeeping for various companies. She spends her free time with her husband, Brian and two kids, Carson and Callie at their various sporting or rodeoing events.
